Hi, I'm using ProcessOn to monitor a windows service. I'd like to get continuous/period emails/SMS's when the service is down. How do I configure this? Thanks -Jud

I have a server that uses OnPing and NetOn. The server has been re-booted multiple times today and yesterday and there was no notification that the server had gone down! Any ideas why that is? Thank you! Dennis

I just turned off the ServerOn service on one of my servers to see if it would trigger an active alarm... it hasn't. I then turned off ALL the agents on another one of my servers to see if those would trigger an alarm. They haven't. What's going on with the agents this morning?

We've had a long monitoring outage today. The outage was due to a complete network outage at our ISP (more here). 1and1 has been stable for a long time and we are surprised at this outage and the long time it took to fix....

I have several hosts with modified routing tables to limit internet access to specific target addresses. Can anyone tell me what the target IP address is for the Server and Process agents to report to? Thank you.

I'd like to add a net agent https web site monitor, but the site uses http auth. I tried https://user:pass@www.blah.com/ and I'm told the URL is invalid. Any workaround?

I just recently began testing this service and have found that the ontouch agent email alerts works well sometimes and not other times. Is there something that i can do to make this agent work better? - Also is there a way to search for topics on the forum? . . . Thanks

I've got a Path monitor configured on a ServerOn agent to alert me when there are more than 50 files in the dir, however, I really only care if there are over 50 files for longer than 10 minutes. Any way to specify that on the Path monitor level? Thanks, -Jud

I have No Delay set in Notifications and I have PingOn and NetOn services. Does No Delay mean the response will be instant as soon as one of these fails or what will be the maximum delay if not instant? If it is longer than one minute, is there is a way to set it to one minute? thank you! Dennis
